Memberships and Training Packages
All memberships and training packages once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise during special promotions.
Merchandise
For any apparel, gear, or merchandise purchased through our academy or app:
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice/bill) is mandatory for processing returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Customized uniforms or accessories
Digital products like online training modules or e-books
Sale or promotional items
